How long does it take to deliver an order?

Please allow 3-7 working days from the date of order confirmation to receive your order. We strive to dispatch your order from our studio within 1-2 days of order confirmation.

How can I track my order?

Tracking details are shared via whatsapp within 24-48 hours after placing the order. You can track your order in just one click.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Please note that all of our products are custom made. It may not be possible to cancel/modify your order once we have prepared and dispatched the products.

In case you would like to cancel/modify your order, please write to us as soon as possible at casebooth.shopify@gmail.com and we will try to process your request. Please ensure to include your order number and any other information in the email.
